How’s The Market? November


The median sales price for San Diego homes has declined 5.1%, compared to the prior quarter, and flat performance compared to prices the prior year.Sales prices have appreciated 30.6% over the last 5 years in San Diego. Prices in our local city of Poway are up 10.5% year over year. Interest rates are still at record lows, but we are expecting an increase in December or January. We are technically still in a seller’s market, but time will tell for how long it will continue!

The most popular neighborhoods in San Diego include: Pacific Beach, Carmel Valley, Mira Mesa, Rancho Bernardo, North Park, and University City.
