When our long time friend, Dana, referred us to her Grandma, she had two goals:
1). Minimize the amount of showings so that Grandma would be safe as it's hard for her to see and 2) Sell the home for over $400K.
We launched a pre-listing marketing campaign to build up a high interest in her home, before we entered the listing as active. To Grandma's surprise and delight, we received multiple phone calls about the property, as well as an offer, over the asking, all before the listing was even live! Not only was Grandma safe from the inconvenience of multiple showings, but she accomplished her financial goal as well and only had to show her home once! She is now safe, sound and happy in Hawaii with her family.
